Features of Jhm Gearbox
JHM, ZLYJ, and ZSYJ series plastic extruder gearboxes are high-precision hard-toothed thrust-bearing transmissions developed for supporting screw extruders. Created according to the standard ZBJ19009-88. The main area is made of high-energy alloy steel. The gears are processed by carburizing and quenching and gear grinding. Its precision reaches quality level six (GB10095-88). An oversized thrust bearing is mounted on the inlet end of the hollow output shaft to withstand the swivel pressure. The whole machine is small in size, large in carrying capacity, stable in thrust, low in sound, and substantial in performance.
