High-quality fittings for special applications with high strength requirements and harsh, corrosive, or sterile environments.
Our company’s standard stainless steel universal joints are made of AISI 303 and AISI 416 stainless steel. Articulating yokes are AISI 303 and pins and blocks are hardened AISI 416 stainless steel for higher strength and better wear resistance. Components can be fabricated from other grades of stainless steel to meet customer-specific application specifications. For further protection against the environment, pins and blocks can be covered with a lubricant retainer.
- The maximum working angle is 45°. Special design solutions with higher angles are also available.
- Guide slots are standard. Parts without grooves are available upon request.
