Description:
It is suitable for high-power motors, with large torque capacity, modular design and multiple output modes. The utility model has the advantages of high efficiency, long service life, bearing large axial force and radial load, low operation noise, high reliability, compact structure, etc. Four series of reducers can be combined to increase the range of ratio.

Features:
1. H, B series gear units adopt currency layout and may transform into speeral reducer according to customer’s request.
2. The housing of 1 size can realize parallel shaft, right agle shaft modes and horizontal, vertical mounting modes. Variety of the compoents is reducible, the number of reducer’s mode is augmentable.
3. Sound-absorbable structure, larger surface, big fan reduce temperature and noise, advanced grinding process of cylindrical gear and bevel gear improve stability and transmit power more efficiently.
4. Input mode: Motor connected flange, shaft input.
5. Output mode: CHINAMFG shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with shrink disk, hollow or CHINAMFG shaft with involute splines, CHINAMFG shaft with flange.
6. Mounting mode: Foot-mounted, flange-mounted, swing base-mounted, torque-arm-mounted.
7. H. B series include sizes 3~26, number of stages is 1~4, ratio is 1.25~450, combining with R series and K series, ratio will be higher.
