Main Materials:
1) Shell: aluminum alloy ADC12 (size 025-090); die-cast iron HT200 (size 110-150);
2) Worm: 20Cr, ZI involute tooth shape; carbonization and quenching heat treatment make the surface hardness of the gear reach 56-62 HRC; the thickness of the carburized layer after fine grinding is between 0.3-0.5mm.
3) Worm gear: wear-resistant tin alloy CuSn10-1

Input: with input shaft, with square flange, with IEC standard input flange
Output: with torque arm, output flange, single output shaft, double output shaft, plastic cover
